PROJECT 1 : Dental Floos Winding Machine 

SKILT have supply 50 sets dental floss winding machine to P&G factory since 2008 ;

Machine main function is rolling the big dental floss roller to small one, such as 4m, 20m, 50m, 100m and so on. 

Machine with heating box ，add the wax and essence on dental floss during rolling;

PROJECT 2 : Dental Floos Box Packaging line  

● Working platform  -  Workers sit at the two sides of working platform ,  feed dental floss roller into box then put on conveyor , delivery to the labeling machine one by one;

● Labeling machine  -  Put label on dental floos box top or C-WRAP surface ; 

● Inject printer  -  Printing the date and batch number on box surface . 

● Collection platform  -  Box delivery out to the collection platform, workers put box into carton for packaging.
